Postpartum Doula Definition: A trained nonmedical professional, dedicated to providing physical, emotional, and informational support to a new mother and her family during the postpartum period.

Services Provided during our time together:

1 Planning visit during pregnancy

  • Get to know one another and your space

  • Postpartum care apothecary package gift

1 visit per week for 2-3 hours 5 total

  • Nourishing meal, Beverages, and snacks with each visit

  • Nourishing meal for your family with the first visit

  • Preparation of: Herbal sitz bath, Yoni steam, Herbal foot soak

  • Mother Warming Practices: Moxibustion, Castor oil pack, Application of warming oil with Myan abdominal massage

  • Mindfulness practice: Intuitively guided meditation, Gentle breath, Movement, Integration

  • Tending to your space: Light housework if desired

Closing of the bones Ceremony:

  • Inclusion of close friends, sisters, grandmothers, mothers

  • 2-3 hours

  • Intention setting with herbal tea or cacao

  • Herbal foot soak

  • Application of warming womb oil

  • Rebozo alignment

  • Closing of the bones (drumming, singing, poetry while you are wrapped)

  • Integration and potluck style dinner

Exchange: $1095 (if within a 30 min radius)

Exchange: $1195+ (if outside of a 30 min radius)

50% of the total payment is due to reserve care. The other half must be paid before the 2nd visit after birth.
